What is Amazon's Custom Analytics Dashboard Available in Seller Central?
The new Custom Analytics dashboard provides a free tool for sellers to create custom reports to help monitor your Amazon store’s performance. You can also choose from a variety of pre-made templates. Find the customer analytics dashboard by navigating to Reports > Custom Analytics!
Setting Up Custom Reports with Amazon's Custom Analytics Dashboard:
Pre-built templates:
No need to start from scratch; sellers can take advantage of pre-built templates in the Custom Analytics dashboard. These ready-made reports offer valuable insights, including:
- Prime Day Recap
- Coupons, Deals, Discounts & Promotions Performance
- Sales & Pricing Trends
- Traffic & Sales Metrics
- Overall Business Performance

Customized templates:
Tailor custom reports to your needs by choosing a layout, selecting your tile type(s), and choosing from an array of available metrics to include. With over 100 separate metrics to choose from – you can add up to 20 metrics to each tile in your custom report, and up to 18 tiles per report.

One important thing to note is that the Custom Analytics dashboard doesn’t include advertising data at this time. Without advertising data, it’s not a complete look at your overall performance on Amazon.
