What is Amazon's Concession Hub in Vendor Central?

The Concession Hub is a powerful, data-rich analytics dashboard in Vendor Central that gives you a comprehensive look at your product catalog’s post-purchase performance. It helps you uncover what’s driving returns, negative reviews, and which areas need attention—so you can act quickly and make smarter, data-driven decisions. To locate the dashboard, log in to Vendor Central and navigate to Reports > Concession Hub.

Utilizing Concession Hub Insights in Amazon's Vendor Central

To get Concession Hub insights on your Amazon product, click the “See details” button on the right of the page. Here, you will find data from the past 90 days for each ASIN into the following:

  • Top 5 defects: Instantly spot the most common issues customers are reporting
  • Top 5 liked features: Find out what customers love most based on their feedback
  • Customer Verbatims: Get direct customer quotes from reviews and returns
  • Images from returns: See what customers are uploading when they report a problem
  • Key metrics: View your display rating, shipped units, concession rate, and critical review rate
  • Take action: Review the recommendations to resolve defect-related issues and act promptly
  • Defect trends chart: See how your top 5 defects show over a 12-month period

The Concession Hub isn’t just data—it also provides a game plan to improve product quality, reduce returns, and boost customer satisfaction. Click “Review the recommendation” next to your top 5 defects and get recommendations for action items you can take to resolve the defects and prevent future complaints.
